EV Charger Installation
EV charger installed for Anita in Gordon! What an exciting moment for Anita to have her Tesla EV charger installed. Now she can charge her new Tesla in the comfort of her own home. She will no longer have to drive around for a public charging station nor charging her at home on a slow charger.
It was not a straight foward installation. Our team had to lay 30-meter long wire from the meter box located on one side of the house to the garage located on the other side. We had to hide the wires under the first floor roof and back down to the garage, achieving no visual impact on the house from the outside with the new wires.

Choosing the Right EV Charger
The demand on EV chargers is on the rise. It is important to learn how to make a right choice before purchasing an EV charger. In Australia, most EVs are taking the Type-2 charging head. You need to know if your premise is running on a single-phase circuit or a 3-phase circuit. Then you will have enough information ordering charger, such as 7kWh system or 22kWh system. Whether a 16Amp or a 32Amp charger? Obviously, higher in Amp draws more current when compared to one with lower Amp, hence storing more power to the battery quicker. For example, if you have a 45kW car battery charging on a 32A cable connected to a 3-phase circuit, then it will only take you 2 hours to fully charge your vehicle.
